Sibel Aydemir was born in Switzerland in 1974. She completed her education in Turkey. She received master's and doctorate degrees at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University. She conducted scientific studies in the fields of management, strategy, human resources management and organizational behavior. She received my associate professor title in 2019. She have been teaching as a lecturer at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University since 2004. She also serve as the head of the department at Zonguldak Vocational School Management and Organization Department.

Emrullah Kıpçak was born in 1987 in Van/Turkey. He started his education in Van and completed undergraduate and graduate education in business administration at Van Yüzüncü Yıl University. He has conducted scientific studies in the field of business administration. As of 2024, he has been working as a lecturer and vice head of the management organization department at Zonguldak Bülent Ecevit University Zonguldak Vocational School.
