Haifeng Jin is a lecturer at the School of Economics and Management, University of Science and Technology, Beijing. She received a BS, an MS, and a PhD from Dalian University of Technology in 2010, 2012, and 2019, respectively. From 2014 to 2016, she was a visiting scholar at the University of Colorado at Boulder, USA. Her research interests include construction productivity, visualization, and building information modeling.

Paul M. Goodrum is a professor and department head in the Department of Construction Management at Colorado State University. Dr. Goodrum teaches courses in the areas of introduction to construction, construction equipment and management, productivity improvement, and building information modeling. Before joining the faculty at the Colorado State University, he was a professor at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He was a recipient of the Construction Industry Institute Outstanding Researcher Award in both 2008 and 2014 for his work in construction productivity and workforce issues. His research interests include construction productivity, workforce strategies, and visualization.
