Dr. Ilse du Preez is a highly motivated and experienced biochemist with a
Ph.D. in Metabolomics from the North-West University, South Africa. She has served as a
post-doctoral fellow, lecturer, and senior lecturer in Research at the
North-West University, where she is now the acting director of the Centre for Human Metabolomics (CHM). She is skilled in
setting up research projects, supervising students and managing a commercial
division providing metabolomics services (National Metabolomics Platform hosted at CHM).
