Tesfay Gidey Hailu received their B.Sc. degree from Addis Ababa University in 2006, an M.Sc. degree from Mekelle University, Tigray, Ethiopia, in 2013, an M.Sc. degree from the HILCOE School of Computer Science and Technology, Addis Ababa, Ethiopia, in 2018, and their Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2023. He is currently a senior lecturer at Addis Ababa Science and Technology University. His research interests include indoor localization, signal processing, machine learning, deep learning, data mining, informatics, and statistical modeling.
Prof. Dr. Xiansheng Guo received a B.Eng. degree from Anhui Normal University, Wuhu, China, in 2002, their M.Eng. degree from the Southwest University of Science and Technology, Mianyang, China, in 2005, and their Ph.D. degree from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC), Chengdu, China, in 2008. From 2008 to 2009, he was a Research Associate with the Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering, University of Hong Kong. From 2012 to 2014, he was a Research Fellow with the Department of Electronic Engineering, Tsinghua University. From 2016 to 2017, he was a Research Scholar with the Advanced Networking Laboratory, Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, New Jersey Institute of Technology, Newark, NJ, USA. He is currently a Professor with the Department of Electronic Engineering, UESTC. His research interests include array signal processing, wireless localization, machine learning, information fusion, and software radio design. He is now an IEEE Senior Member.
