Wenjie Ren is a lecturer at Henan University of Technology. She received a BS from Luoyang Normal University in 2012 and a PhD from Nanchang University in 2019. She was a visiting scholar at the University of California, Davis, United States, from 2017 to 2018. She won the second prize of the 2022 Henan Provincial Science Progress Award, the first prize of the 2022 Henan Provincial Department of Education Science and Technology Achievement Award, and so on. She is a reviewer for the Journal of the Science of Food and Agriculture and Analytica Chimica Acta. Her research interests include the immunological detection of small molecule compounds, construction and application of genetically engineered antibodies, and the synthesis and application of nanomaterials.
Zhibing Huang is a professor at the State Key Laboratory of Food Science and Technology, Nanchang University. He is an academic and technical leader in major disciplines in Jiangxi Province, a young scientist in Jiangxi Province, and a director of the Jiangxi Food Science and Technology Society. From 2015 to 2016, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He has won the second prize of Jiangxi Provincial Natural Science Award and the third prize of the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award. He holds more than 10 authorized invention patents. His research interests include rapid detection of small-molecule harmful substances in cereal foods and medicinal and edible foods, isolation and analysis of metabolites of Monascus monascus, and genome, proteomics, and metabolomics of Monascus monascus.
Baoshan is a professor at Henan University of Technology. He received a BS from Zhengzhou University in 2002, an MS from Wuhan University in 2005, and a PhD from the Institute of Electronics, Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2008. He has been rated as the backbone of scientific and technological innovation in Zhengzhou, the academic and technical leader of the Henan Provincial Department of Education, and holds three authorized invention patents. His research interests include food safety and rapid detection of grains and oils, electrochemical and optical biosensor technology, and portable instrumentation technology.
