Matthew William Priddy received his B.S. (Summa Cum Laude,
2008) and M.S. (2010) in Civil Engineering from Mississippi State University
(MSU) before receiving his Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from Georgia Institute of
Technology in 2016. He is an Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering and the Additive
Manufacturing Lead at the Center for Advanced Vehicular Systems at Mississippi State University. His main research thrusts include additive manufacturing, computational solid mechanics, and biomedical implants.
