Andreas Mitsis is an interventional cardiologist and researcher specializing in cardiovascular diseases, with a focus on structural and interventional cardiology, atherosclerosis, and acute coronary syndromes. He earned his medical degree from the Medical School of the University of Patras, Greece, and holds an MSc in "Quality in Interventional Cardiology." Dr. Mitsis has published widely in high-impact journals and contributes to research on innovative therapeutic strategies. He is a member of the Hellenic and Cyprus Society of Cardiology and the European Society of Cardiology. Currently, during his PhD thesis, he is leading several projects on inflammation and cardiovascular research as an academic researcher affiliated with the Medical School of Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
