Author Biographies

Banji Rildwan Olaleye, Ph.D., is a lecturer at the Federal University Oye-Ekiti, Nigeria, and a postdoctoral research fellow at the North-West University Business School, Potchefstroom, South Africa. His main research area is quantitative research, including strategic management, sustainability, organizational science, innovation, and supply chain management.
Prof. JN Lekunze is a Research Associate Professor with the North-West University (NWU) Business School in South Africa. He has a BSc Hons in Geography, a BSc in Agricultural Economics and Management, a Post Graduate Diploma, a BSc Honours, an MSc, a Ph.D., a Certificate in Project Management Application, and a Certificate in Monitoring, Moderation, and Evaluation. He is an experienced research administrator, academic, and researcher at African and South African universities. Prof. JN Lekunze is the Deputy Director of Research and Innovation at North-West University Business School. His research interests include multidisciplinary studies in agriculture and economics, business management, entrepreneurship, research methodology, climate change, and management techniques. Prof. Lekunze has published 27 peer-reviewed articles, 25 international and local conference papers, 3 book chapters, and one book. Since joining North-West University in 2016, Prof. JN Lekunze has supervised and co-directed 19 master dissertations and 8 PhDs.
Tsediso Joseph Sekhampu, Ph.D., is the Director of the North West Business School in South Africa. He was once the Executive Head of Commerce and Management, Chief Operating Officer, and Dean of the School of Commerce at Milpark Education, a South African private business education institution. He founded the PoSER research group and has published several works in DHET-accredited journals and peer-reviewed conferences.
Ntseliseng Khumalo, Ph.D., is a lecturer in the field of Human Resource Management and Organisational Behaviour at the North-West University Business School, Potchefstroom, South Africa. She is chairperson of the People Management Scientific Committee. She also serves as program manager for the executive education “Fundamental Management Program." Her research focuses on applied organizational behavior, leadership, innovation, sustainability, and talent management.
Dr Ayeni Adebanji Adejuwon William is from Ekiti State, Nigeria, and has a B.sc (Accounting), M.sc, and PhD in Business Administration (Informal Entrepreneurship) from Covenant University, Nigeria.
