Prof. Dr. Leilei Wang received a B.S. degree in Mechatronics Engineering and a Ph.D. degree in Mechanical Engineering from South China University of Technology in 2011 and 2018, respectively. He is also a joint-trained Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Pennsylvania State University. He is currently an associate professor at the School of Materials Science and Technology, Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics. He is a member of the Welding Technology Committee of the Chinese
Society of Electrotechnology, a member of the Youth Editorial Board of the Journal of Welding, and an assessment expert of the Shenzhen Science and Technology Innovation Committee. His research interests include laser welding and remanufacturing.
