Lin Hu graduated from Beijing Forestry University in 2006 with a PhD. He is engaged in scientific research at the Institute of Agricultural Information, Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, and is currently the head of the Scientific Data Research Office. He is a Researcher and Master’s Supervisor. His research interests mainly focus on data science, smart agriculture, and agricultural information technology. He is Executive Deputy Director of the National Agricultural Science Data Center, Deputy Director of the Science and Technology Committee of the Beijing Municipal Committee of the China Democratic League, Director of the Computer Application Branch of the Chinese Society of Agronomy, and Director of the Zhongguancun National Basic Conditions and Resources Innovation Alliance.
Guomin Zhou received his B.Sc. degree from College of Life Sciences of China Agricultural University in 1991, his M.Sc. degree from Computer Center of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences in 1994, and his Ph.D. degree from the Institute of Geography of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1999. He is currently the director of the Multimedia Technology Laboratory of the Institute of Agricultural Information of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences. His research interests mainly focus on agricultural science data sharing systems and technology, agricultural network information intelligent search technology, agricultural remote diagnosis methods and technology, and fruit industry information technology. He is Vice Chairman of the Agricultural Applications of Computers Branch of the Chinese Society of Agronomy, Director of the Youth Work Committee of the Chinese System Simulation Society, a Member of the Chinese Information Technology Committee of the Chinese Computer Society, Director of the Beijing Agricultural Informatization Society, and Director of the Information Technology Branch of the Chinese Society of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine.
Jianhua Zhang graduated from China Agricultural University in 2012 with a doctorate in engineering. After graduation, he worked at the Information Institute of the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences and is currently an Associate Researcher in the Visual Perception Application Laboratory. He is a Researcher and Master’s Supervisor. His research interests mainly focus on computer vision, image recognition, and agricultural IoT. He is a member of the Society of Agricultural Engineering and the Society of Agricultural Machinery.
