Jiri Presl, Assoc. Prof., MD., Ph.D., serves as the Head of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at University Hospital Pilsen and the Faculty of Medicine, Charles University in Pilsen. With over 23 years of professional experience, he specializes in oncogynecology and robotic surgery. Dr. Presl earned his medical degree from Charles University in 2002 and completed his Ph.D. in 2013, focusing on biomarkers for ovarian and endometrial cancers. He is also a certified Da Vinci robotic surgeon and has contributed extensively to research projects and clinical trials, holding several leadership positions throughout his career.
