Akmaral Beysenbayeva obtained her medical education at South Kazakhstan State Medical Academy, followed by an internship in cardiology at Kazakh National Medical University. Beginning her medical career in 2006 as a paramedic in Almaty, she has since held various positions, including cardioreumatologist and cardiologist at the National Scientific Cardiac Surgery Center, where she currently works. Akmaral is a Bolashak International Presidential Scholarship recipient, with extensive training in countries like South Korea. She holds a higher category certification in and is recognized for her contributions to cardiology and functional diagnostics. An active researcher, she has received numerous accolades, including a badge from the Ministry of Health of Kazakhstan.

Master of Public Health graduate, mainly managing with biostatistics, scientific writing, big data analysis, visualization, modelling, and epidemiological research. Experienced in project management and international relations, and a public health specialist. Executed research programs in collaboration with organizations and universities such as UNICEF, WHO, World Bank, Purdue University, and Berkeley University.
