Prof. Dr. Lei Wu received B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees from Southeast University in 1998 and 2001, and a Ph.D. degree from Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2005. She is an Associate Researcher at State Key Laboratory of Transducer Technology, Shanghai Institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, Chinese Academy of Sciences, Shanghai, China. Her research interests mainly focus on microfluidic chips and biosensors.

Prof. Dr. Yuqing Ge received a B.S. degree and M.S. degree from Central South University of China in 2001 and 2004, respectively. She received a PhD degree in biomedical engineering from South East University of China in 2009. From 2009 to the present, she joined the state key lab of transducer technology, the Shanghai institute of microsystem and information technology, CAS. She is an Associate Professor. Her research mainly focuses on the development and application of nano-biosensors, diagnostic devices in vitro, and organ-on-a-chip systems. As the project leader, she has undertaken projects supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC) and the Shanghai Committee of Science and Technology. As a participant, she has participated in the National Basic Research Program of China, NSFC, National Key Technology R&D Program et al. She has published more than 30 scientific papers and applied 7 invention patents of China.
Dr. Tiegang Xu received his PhD. in Microbiology from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and his B.S. in Biochemistry and Molecular biology from Nankai University. He researched DNA phosphorothioation for his PhD study, and found an unusual phosphorothioation-dependent restriction modification system from Salmonella. Then he worked in Shanghai institute of Microsystem and Information Technology, CAS, and researched biosensors based on microcantilever and microfluidic systems for pathogen detection, disease diagnosis, and cell analysis. He is an Associate Professor. He hosted a project of National Natural Science of China and hosts a project for the Shanghai Natural Science Foundation.
