Dr Charles Todd Fagan earned his DBA in Finance at Sacred Heart University in 2021. In addition, he holds an MBA from George Mason University and a BBA from Loyola University Maryland. He is an actively licensed C.P.A. With 25-plus years of combined experience in public accounting, public and private company management, and a few years in academia, he has developed an extensive, broad understanding of technical accounting, financial reporting, corporate governance, and auditing. His previous employers include Arthur Andersen, Grant Thornton, Fannie Mae, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and, most recently, Supernal. His research interests include executive compensation, financial reporting risk, and corporate governance.
