Professor Marek Wojnicki is currently employed at the Faculty of Non-Ferrous Metals, AGH University of Science and Technology, Krakow, Poland. He obtained his Ph.D. from the same faculty in 2013. Prof. Wojnicki leads a research team focusing on physicochemical phenomena at phase interfaces, a subject to which the majority of his scientific work is dedicated. His research spans both fundamental studies and applied aspects, with key applications in the recycling of non-ferrous metals and the removal of environmental contaminants. He is the author of two technological implementations, one of which has been successfully adopted by an international non-ferrous metal company in Poland.
