Dr. Shaoming Qiu is an associate professor at the School of Information Engineering, Dalian University. He is the head of first-class courses in Liaoning Province and the head of an excellent teaching team at Dalian University. In terms of scientific research, he has presided over one scientific research project in Liaoning Province and two horizontal projects at the military port, and he recently led the “Information System Data Acquisition Device” project. His research interests include fault diagnosis, command and control, and intelligent algorithms.
