Author Biographies

Zofia Utri-Khodadady received her master's degree in Human Nutrition and Food Evaluation from the Warsaw University of Life Sciences in 2020 and is now in the final stage of her PhD Studies in Food Technology and Nutrition. During her studies, she also acquired knowledge at the Metropolitan University College in Copenhagen, Denmark, and UniLaSalle in Beauvais, France. She interned at the University of Natural Resources and Life Sciences in Vienna, at the Graz University, both in Austria, and at the Food Technology Institute of Marine Research in Vigo, Spain. As a very exact scientist, she is a reviewer in scientific journals, including Nutrition, Nutrition and Food Science, Nutrition and Health, etc. Her research topics mainly include fish, salmon, vitamin D, dietary recommendations, youth and females. She speaks multiple languages.
