Dr. Chuanchuan Cai is an Associate Professor and a Master’s
Supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Anhui University
of Science and Technology. He received his PhD from Anhui University of Science
and Technology (2013). He was a Visiting Scholar at Western Kentucky University
in the United States from 2015 to 2017. He mainly teaches undergraduate and
graduate students in mineral processing engineering and teaches courses such as
Comprehensive Utilization of Mineral Resources, Introduction to Mineral
Materials Science, Comprehensive Experiments, and Comprehensive Utilization of
Solid Waste. His research interests include clean processing and utilization of
coal, resource utilization of coal-based solid waste, and research on nano-membrane
materials for sewage purification.
Dr. Tao Ge is an Associate Professor and a Master’s
Supervisor at the School of Materials Science and Engineering, Anhui University
of Science and Technology. He received his PhD in Environmental Engineering
from Anhui University of Science and Technology (2015). He was a Visiting
Scholar at the University of Houston from 2019 to 2020. He mainly teaches
undergraduate courses in resource recycling science and engineering, including
Environmental Protection Engineering, Modern Instrument Analysis and Testing
Technology, and Circular Economy and Industrial Ecology. He has presided over
or participated in many national, provincial, and ministerial scientific
research projects, including the National Key Basic Research and Development
Program (973 Program) and the National Natural Science Foundation of China. His
research interests include clean coal processing and utilization, microwave
chemistry, and resource utilization of coal-based solid waste.
