Dr. Qin Yang is currently a lecturer in the Department of Information Management at Dongguk University. She received her master's and Ph.D. in Business Administration from Dongguk University's graduate school. Her main research interests include fintech, e-commerce, and social media. She has previously published papers in major academic journals such as Behaviour and Information Technology, Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing and Service Industries, etc. She was awarded Best Paper at the International Conference on Electronic Commerce (ICEC) in 2022 and by the Korea Society of Management Information Systems in 2024.

Dr. Young-Chan Lee is currently a professor in the Department of Information Management at Dongguk University. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Sogang University and his Master's and Ph.D. in Business Administration from the same university's graduate school. His main research interests include data mining, multi-criteria decision-making, corporate performance measurement, knowledge management, and system dynamics. He has previously published papers in major academic journals such as Behaviour and Information Technology, International Journal of Bank Marketing, Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing and Service Industries, Information Systems Management, and Expert Systems with Applications. He was awarded "Most Cited Paper of Expert Systems with Applications" (Elsevier) in 2006-2008 and "Top Downloaded Paper of Human Factors and Ergonomics in Manufacturing & Service Industries" (Wiley) in 2018-2019. He was also awarded Best Paper at the International Conference on Electronic Commerce (ICEC) in 2022 and by the Korea Society of Management Information Systems in 2024.
