Prof. Dr. Hail Z. Rihan started working as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow and Lecturer at the School of Biological Sciences at Plymouth University (2016–2021). In 2021, he moved to Phytome Research Limited and was promoted to Senior Research Fellow and Head of Plant Research Development (2021–2023). In 2023, he became a Lecturer in Agricultural Technology at Plymouth University. His research topics mainly include controlled environment agriculture, micro-propagation, artificial seed production, and the molecular mechanisms of plant abiotic stress tolerance.
