Prof. Dr. Shancheng Yan graduated from the School of
Chemistry and Chemical Engineering of Anhui University of Technology in 2007
with a master's degree in engineering, and graduated from the School of
Biological Sciences and Medical Engineering of Southeast University in 2010 with
a doctorate in engineering. He has worked in the School of Geography and
Bioinformatics of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications since May
2010. From July 2011 to July 2014, he worked as a postdoctoral researcher at
the School of Electronic Science and Engineering of Nanjing University. In
2012, he served as a master's supervisor at Nanjing University of Posts and
Telecommunications. From August 2013 to September 2013, he was a short-term
visiting scholar at the Department of Electronics of the Chinese University of
Hong Kong. From January 2016 to January 2017, he was a visiting scholar at the
Department of Materials Science and Engineering of Berkeley, USA. He is a
senior member of the Chinese Micro-Nano Society, a senior member of the Chinese
Society of Biomedical Engineering, and an editorial board member of the journal
Materials express. He is currently engaged in scientific research in the fields
of nanomaterials, photoelectric detection, nanobiosensors and biological
detection.
