Dr. Qi Sun is an associate professor at Chongqing Normal University. He obtained a BS in Food Science and Engineering from Shanxi Agricultural University, and received his MS and PhD in Food Science from the Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences (CAAS) in 2009 and 2016, respectively. He has won the 2022 China General Chamber of Commerce Science and Technology Second Prize and the 2021 Chongqing Natural Science Second Prize. His research interests include Food Science and Technology, Food Chemistry, Food Analysis, Nanotechnology, and Food Microbiology.
