Dr. Wenbo Sun is a Research Scientist in Donghai Laboratory, Zhoushan, China. He got his BSc from Peking University in 1988, MSc from the National Oceanic Administration of China in 1991, and PhD from Dalhousie University in 2000. He engaged in research in remote sensing for atmosphere and ocean, light scattering and radiation transfer, computational electrodynamics, and optical device development. He published 85 papers in SCI-indexed journals and books. He is also a recipient of NASA's Exceptional Public Achievement Medal.
