Dr. Jian Li obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Power System Automation from the School of Electrical Engineering, Shandong University, in 2000, his Master’s degree in Communications and Information Systems from the School of Information Science and Engineering, Shandong University, in 2005, and his Ph.D. degree in Signal and Information Processing, Institute of Acoustics from the Chinese Academy of Sciences, in 2012. From 2000 to 2002, he worked at the Shandong Bi’an Electric Power Technology Co., Ltd. Since 2005, he has been working at the School of Internet of Things Engineering, Present Hohai University. He is currently the Deputy Director of the Internet of Things Department. His research directions include underwater acoustic signal processing, vector signal processing, networked detection, and underwater acoustic communication.
