Prof. Hongtao Yang is the director, academic leader, and first-class professional leader of the Overseas Chinese Enterprise Research Center. In July 2018, he joined Huaqiao University as a specially appointed professor as a "High-level Talent Introduction—Marketing Discipline Leader". From 1996 to 2018, he worked at the Harbin Engineering University, as a professor and doctoral supervisor. From 2003 to 2004, he went to the University of Amsterdam as a visiting scholar. He studied for a Ph.D. degree at Harbin Institute of Technology from 2005 to 2010. After obtaining the Ph.D. degree, he entered the Harbin Engineering University for Postdoctoral research from 2011 to 2015.
