Dr. Yue Yu is an Associate Professor and a Master’s Supervisor at the School of Grain Science and Technology, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. She received her PhD in Agricultural Bio-Environment and Energy Engineering from Zhejiang University. From 2016 to 2019, she conducted her postdoctoral research at the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science, Zhejiang University. She was selected as the 2021 Jiangsu Province Entrepreneurship and Innovation Doctor and the 2022 China Illuminating Engineering Society Outstanding Young Scientist. Her current research focuses on agricultural product quality traceability and food analysis.
Dr. Yue Huang is an Associate Professor at the College of Food Science & Nutritional Engineering at China Agricultural University. He received his BS in Applied Chemistry (2007) and PhD in Agricultural Product Safety (2012) from China Agricultural University. Before joining China Agricultural University, he worked as an Engineer at China Tobacco Beijing Technology Research and Development Center (2012–2017) and the Ministry of Emergency Management (2017–2018). He won the second prize of Excellent Science and Technology Paper of China Tobacco Society (2015), the high-end talent of Tongzhou District, Beijing (2016), and the first prize of Beijing Youth Excellent Science and Technology Paper (2016). His research areas include food processing quality monitoring and safety evaluation and spectral imaging in food quality evaluation.
Dr. Zhanming Li is an Associate Professor and a Master’s Supervisor at the School of Grain Science and Technology, Jiangsu University of Science and Technology. He is also a Member of the Jiusan Society, and a Doctor of Jiangsu Province’s Double Entrepreneurship and Innovation Program. From 2018 to 2019, he was a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Food Science and Technology, National University of Singapore. He has been invited to serve as an Associate Editor of the Journal of Food Measurement and Characterization. He is mainly engaged in research related to food safety, food analysis and quality control, and chemometrics.
