Daniel Taylor is a Doctoral Researcher at the Energy and Bioproducts Research Institute, Aston University, United Kingdom. His PhD research focuses on the political economy of biomass use in the UK and the enabling environment for biomass policy design. Prior to beginning his PhD, Dan worked for the UK's leading national bioenergy research programme, the Supergen Bioenergy Hub, as the Stakeholder Engagement Manager. He holds an MSc in Environment, Development, and Politics from the International Development Department, University of Birmingham, and is passionate about policies that prioritise people and the planet.
