Cora Loste specialized in internal medicine at University Hospital of Vic, Vic, Spain, in 2016. Currently in the final stages of submitting her PhD on the management of HIV in elderly patients. Dr.Loste is a professor at the University of Vic - Central University of Catalonia and an attending physician in the Infectious Diseases Department at Germans Trias i Pujol University Hospital. Specialized in aging and HIV, she has published several articles on this subject. More recently, she has also focused her expertise on acute COVID-19 and Long-COVID. Eugenia Negredo specialized in internal medicine at the Sant Pau Hospital, Barcelona, Spain, in 1998. She received her Ph.D. in medicine from the Autonomous University of Barcelona, in 2002. Since 1999, Dr. Negredo has worked as a physician in the HIV Unit of Germans Trias i Pujol Hospital in Badalona, Barcelona. She is in charge of a large number of HIV-infected patients. Also, she is responsible for a research group involved in the study of the toxicities and complications of antiretroviral drugs. Her research is focused on the epidemiology, pathogenesis, and treatment of different toxicities such as dyslipidemia, lipodystrophy syndrome, nephrotoxicity, and abnormalities in bone metabolism.
