Hervé Boeglen received M.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of Haute Alsace, Mulhouse, France, in 2004 and 2008, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at the University of Poitiers, Poitiers, France, and a member of the XLIM Laboratory, Futuroscope site. His current research interests include digital communications, wireless channel measurement and modeling, software-defined radios, and embedded systems for the IoT.
