H. M. Harry Mulya Zein, M.Si, earned his Doctor of Government Science degree from Padjadjaran University in 2012 after previously earning his Master of Administration and Bachelor of Public Administration degrees from the University of Indonesia. He was the Head of the Social and Cultural Section in Tangerang Local Government (1996-1997). In 1998, he moved to the Tangerang City Government and was promoted to Regional Secretary in 2004, now a lecturer at IPDN (Institut Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri). His research topics mainly include public administration, governance, and regional development.

H. Muhtarom, SE, MM, Ak, CA, obtained his Bachelor of Economics degree from STIE Tri Dharma Bandung (1993) and his Doctor of Public Administration degree from Padjadjaran University (2012). He currently serves as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Lecturer at the Faculty of Economics at the Open University. His work in accounting and public administration has resulted in numerous publications, presentations, lectures, and courses; memberships, including the Indonesian Institute of Accountants; and awards, including Satyalancana Karya Satya X, XX, and XXX, from the President of Indonesia. His research interests include public financial management, governance, and auditing practices.

Dr. Mulyadi earned a BS in Agricultural Social Economics (1988) from the University of Riau and a PhD in Social and Political Sciences with a concentration in Government Studies (2009) from Padjadjaran University. He is now a lecturer at the Institut Ilmu Pemerintahan Dalam Negeri (IPDN). His work in government studies has resulted in numerous publications, presentations, and lectures. He is an active member of several organizations, including the Indonesian Kybernology Society and the Indonesian Professional Competence in Government (IPKPI). His awards include the Bintang Jasa Setya Lencana from the President of Indonesia in 2003, 2011, and 2019. His research interests include government administration, public policy, and social governance.

Sisca Septiani obtained her Bachelor's in Biology Education from Universitas Pasundan Bandung in 2008 and her Master's in Education Management from Universitas Islam Nusantara Bandung in 2013. She earned her Doctorate in Education Management from Semarang State University in 2024. She has worked as a Relationship Officer at PT Bank BTN KCP Subang (2008-2010). In 2010, she moved to SMPN 3 Purwakarta and served as a teacher and extracurricular art coach until 2019. In 2015, she joined STIE Wibawa Karta Raharja Purwakarta as a Lecturer until 2024. His research topics mainly include education management, human resource management, governance, government finance, and education.
