He holds a degree in Nutrition from Universidade Paulista (2009), a master’s degree in Public Health from the Federal University of Acre (2012), and a Ph.D. in Public Health and Environmental Health from the Oswaldo Cruz Foundation (2018). He is currently an associate professor at the Federal University of Acre, where he coordinates the Nutritional Assessment Laboratory in the Graduate Program in Public Health and leads the Research Group on Public Health in the Amazon. He is a permanent faculty member of the Graduate Program in Public Health. He has experience in the fields of Nutrition and Public Health, engaging in research, teaching, and outreach activities, particularly in the areas of Food and Nutritional Security, Nutritional Analysis of Populations, Maternal and Child Health, Epidemiology, and Public Health.
