Professor Li Yongming is dean at the School of Mathematics and Statistics, at Shaanxi Normal University. He completed his PhD studies in Basic Mathematics at the Sichuang University. He recently led the sub-projects of the 973 Project, the National Natural Science Foundation of China, the Higher Education Doctoral Program Fund of the Ministry of Education, the Teaching and Research Award Program for Excellent Young Teachers of the Ministry of Education, and the Ministry of Education Scholarship Program for Overseas Students. He has published 300 papers in various journals and serves in a role in societies, as well as in research projects. His teaching disciplines include fuzzy computing, quantum computing, lattice theory, formal language and automata, etc., and his interests include logic and computation, computational intelligence, fuzzy system analysis, quantum information science, and lattice topology.
Professor Geng Shengling is Vice Dean at the College of Computer Science, Qinghai Normal University. She completed her PhD studies in Computer Software and Theory at the Shangluo University. She has published 50 papers in various journals and serves in a role for societies, as well as for research projects. Her interests include computational theory and models in uncertain environments and intelligent processing technologies for predicting, evaluating, and controlling uncertain information.
