Zhixin Fu is an associate professor at the School of Energy and Electrical Engineering, at Hohai
University, and the secretary of the second party branch of the faculty of the Department of Electrical Engineering. She obtained her bachelor's degree from China University of Mining and Technology. She received her doctorate from Nanjing University of Science and Technology. She completed her postdoctoral work at the School of Energy and Electrical Engineering, at Hohai University. She was a visiting scholar at the University of Bath, UK. She was a lecturer at the School of Energy and Electrical Engineering, at Hohai University. She is a member of IEEE, IEEE PES, Chinese Society of Electrical Engineering, CIGRE International Conference on Large Power Systems, and a member of the First
Working Committee of Women Scientists of the China Power Supply Society.
