Prof. Yury V. Yasyukevich received his PhD in 2009 and DSc in 2023 in Radio Physics from ISTP SB RAS. He works as the Deputy Director at ISTP SB RAS and as a Professor at Irkutsk State University. He is an Associate/Guest Editor for Advances in Space Research and GPS Solutions. His scientific interests include monitoring and modelling based on GNSS data, space weather effects on GPS/GLONASS, and the estimation of absolute total electron content and ionospheric anomalies. He is the PI of the SIMuRG project (http://simurg.iszf.irk.ru).
Dr. Artem Vesnin is a Researcher at the Near Earth Space Investigation, Institute of Solar-Terrestrial Physics Siberian Branch Russian Academy of Sciences, Irkutsk, Russia. He was a Research Assistant at the SSL (former CAR), University of Massachusetts Lowell (Lowell, MA, USA) from 2012 to 2015. He received his Master’s degree from the Department of Physics at the University of Massachusetts Lowell in 2014. His primary areas of research interests include global navigation satellite systems, navigation, the ionosphere, earth observation global positioning systems, geospatial science, positioning, sensor fusion, and data fusion; and ionospheric modelling, space weather impacts, and remote sensing.
