Prof. Dr. Meera Kweon received the B.S., M.S., and Ph.D. degrees, all in Food Science, from Seoul National University. From 1994 to 1995, she studied at the University of Saskatchewan as a postdoctoral research fellow. She has worked as a Scientist at Nabisco/Kraft and Campbell Soup/Pepperidge for 14 years and as a Research Food Technologist at the US Department of Agriculture (USDA) Agricultural Research Service (ARS) for 5 years. She is currently a Professor at Pusan National University. Her Skills and Expertise include Food Science and Technology, Starch, Food Chemistry, Cereal Science, Cereal Technology, and Carbohydrate Polymers.
