Dr. Manoranjan Majji earned his B.E. (Hons) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science in 2003, his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Aerospace Engineering from Texas A&M University in 2006 and 2009, respectively. He is currently an Associate Professor at the Department of Aerospace Engineering, Texas A&M University. He is also a Josey Family Foundation Faculty Fellow and the Director of the LASR Laboratory. His research interests include structural systems, computational vision and sensor systems, astronautics and dynamical systems, aerospace robotics, and autonomous systems.
Dr. Felipe Guzman earned his PhD degree in physics from the Max Planck Institute for Gravitational Physics & Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz Universität Hannover in 2009, his Master’s degree in engineering physics from Carl-von-Ossietzky Universität Oldenburg in 2005, and his Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Universidad de Costa Rica in 2001. He is currently the Jack Lee Jewell Endowed Chair in Optical Sciences and Professor of Optical Sciences at the Wyant College of Optical Sciences, University of Arizona. His research interests include laser interferometry, optics and precision metrology, space technologies, and optomechanics.
