Author Biographies

Adriana Seara Tirloni is currently a technical advisor (Ergonomics) at the Labor Prosecution Service- PRT12 - SC. She was a postdoctoral researcher (Ergonomics) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (2016-2021). She received her PhD in Production Engineering in 2013 from the Federal University of Santa Catarina, Florianópolis, Brazil. She is an Ergonomist by the Brazilian Association of Ergonomics (ABERGO); she was also a professor of Ergonomics and Safety at Work; and currently research about ergonomics, occupational biomechanics, body posture, body discomfort, school furniture and slaughterhouse.
Diogo Cunha dos Reis is a postdoctoral researcher (biomechanics/ergonomics) at the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Brazil). Ph.D. degree in Biodynamics of Human Movement from Federal University of Santa Catarina obtained in 2014. His main research interest includes ergonomics, occupational biomechanics, sports biomechanics and Parkinson’s disease.
Dr. Antônio Renato Pereira Moro is a full professor at the Department of Physical Education of the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He obtained his Ph.D. in Human Movement Science in the field of biomechanics from the Federal University of Santa María in 2000. He holds the honorary title of Senior Ergonomist from ABERGO, the Brazilian Ergonomics Association. He is a member of the Brazilian Society of Biomechanics. His research interests include sports biomechanics, occupational biomechanics, and ergonomics.
