Pro. Li Li is currently the director of the research office of Agro-Food Science and Technology Research Institute, Guangxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences, mainly engaged in the research of fruit and vegetable storage and processing. She has published 121 papers in professional journals such as Food Chemistry, Postharvest Biology and Technology, Food Science & Nutrition, and so on.
