Dr. Vlad-Alexandru Toma is a Lecturer at the Department of Molecular Biology/School of Biology and Geology/Center 3B at the Babes-Bolyai University, and a Researcher at the Institute of Biological Research from Cluj-Napoca, Romania. He completed his PhD studies in Biology/Biochemistry at the Babes-Bolyai University. His teaching disciplines include enzymology, clinical hematology, toxicology, and clinical biochemistry, and his interests include hemoproteins, nitro-oxidative stress, vascular pathology, and neurovascular biochemistry.
