Dr. Mahmut Bakır received his Master’s degree in Civil Aviation Management from Anadolu University in 2018 and completed his Ph.D. in the same field in 2022. He is currently an Associate Professor at Samsun University. Dr. Bakır's research centers on the evaluation of e-service quality in the airline sector, enhancing passenger satisfaction and assessing the value of in-flight services. His publications include studies on e-service quality using fuzzy AHP and fuzzy MARCOS methods, and analyzing the effects of in-flight service quality on perceived value in business class. Additionally, Dr. Bakır has been involved in training programs for Ph.D. students in Civil Aviation Management under the TÜBİTAK 2237 Training Activities Support Program.
