Prof. Xiaoxia Wang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Applied Mathematics from Qingdao University and a Master’s and doctoral degree in Basic Mathematics from Dalian University of Technology. She was a lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at Shanghai University and is now an associate professor and deputy department head. Her research areas are combinatorics and q-series. She has led a National Natural Science Foundation Youth Project and a Shanghai Natural Science Foundation Youth Project. She is currently leading a National Natural Science Foundation General Project and a Shanghai Natural Science Foundation Youth Project. She has published more than 40 papers in the Journal of Mathematical Analysis and Applications, Proceedings of the American Mathematical Society, Bulletin of the Australian Mathematical Society, Results in Mathematics, The Ramanujan Journal, and so on, five of which are ESI highly cited papers.
