Judith Marcela Dueñas Jimenez, PhD, University of Guadalajra, Full Professor, SNI member, level 1. I have a bachelor´s degree as a Chemist/Pharmacist/Biologist and PhD from the Complutense University of Madrid, Spain. I was recently honored as a member of the Mexican Academy of Sciences. I work on a research line of hormones and the nervous system. I spent a sabbatical year at Santiago Ramon y Cajal Institute, Spain, from 2006 to 2007. My present research is about the use of cannabinoids on brain cancer. I am a member of the Society for Neuroscience of EUA. I have multiple publications in different indexed journals and have directed several doctoral theses. I am a member of the National System of Researchers in Mexico, with more than 700 citations.
