Prof. Dr. Fang Cheng is currently a professor and
doctoral supervisor at the College of Biosystems Engineering and Food Science,
Zhejiang University, China. Currently, her undergraduate courses include
Orientation of Agriculture and Biosystems Engineering, Biosystems Equipment
Engineering, and Agricultural Machinery and Facilities; and her postgraduate
courses include Biological Image Acquisition and Processing, Artificial
Intelligence and Expert Systems, and Agricultural and Biosystems Engineering. Her
current research interests mainly include image-/spectra-based quality sensing
for agricultural products, nanoscale biological/food analysis, and intelligent
cyber–physical systems for agricultural machinery.
Dr. Zhang Jun is currently Deputy Director of the Department of Electrical and Control Engineering, School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Nanhu University, Jiaxing. He received his PhD from Zhejiang University in 2022. His current research interests include agricultural product quality analysis based on spectral imaging technology, machine vision, and deep learning. He has published more than 10 SCI papers and authorized six invention patents. At the same time, he has served as a number of international journal review experts. In 2023.05, he won the title of "Xingyao South Lake" Leading Talent Program Innovative Young Talent in Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province.
