Dr. Gentjan Skara holds an LLB from the University of Tirana (Albania); an MA in "European Studies" from Epoka University (Albania); an LLM for “South East European Law and European Integration” from the University of Graz; and a PhD in "EU Law and National Legal System program" from the University of Ferrara. From September 2021 until September 2022, Genti attended a Postdoctoral Program in "Law and Technology" at MICHR. As of 1 August 2023, Genti is a full-time member of the Department of Law at Epoka University. Genti has been a Visiting Fellow at the Institute of Corporate and International Commercial Law, University of Graz (Austria); the Department of International Law, University of Ljubljana (Slovenia); and the Institute for European Global Studies, University of Basel (Switzerland). In May 2022, Genti published a book with Springer Nature, titled “Europeanization of Albanian Competition Law: The Case of Albania”. His research interests relate to EU Law, Competition law, and the intersection between law and technology.

Oriona Mucollari graduated in 1995 from the Law Faculty. Obtained a Masters in Italy (2000-2001), with honours, in the field of Public and International Management. In May 2009, she earned the title of Doctor in the field of local government and public services. In May 2012, sne was appointed to the role of Associate Professor. From 2012-2014, she was a Guest Lecturer at the University of Salento, Lecce, Italy. From October 2018 onwards, she has been a HELP trainer for the Council of Europe. Her areas of specialization include: human rights; protection against discrimination; legal clinic; regionalization and decentralization; good governance and public services. In addition, Mucollari has an active participation in many national and international scientific conferences, as well as publishing many scientific articles. She has been the first author of two textbooks in the field of human rights and local government, as well as a co-author in the field of protection against discrimination, a text in English for students of the region. She has been a trainer of students in Moot Courts in the field of human rights at the national and universal level, as well as a Judge for Southeast Europe in the Price Media Law Moot Court, Oxford. In April 2018, she became an Alternate member of the Group of Independent Experts on the European Charter of Local Self-Government (GIE) for Albania.

Bojana Hajdini holds an LLM and PhD in Law from the Faculty of Law, University of Tirana. Dr.Hajdini has a wide range of academic and professional experiences. She is a member of the Department of Law at Epoka University and has been teaching at the Faculty of Law and other institutions of higher education in Albania. Besides academic engagement, Bojana worked as the Head of the Legal Opponent Office at the Ministry of Justice (2004-2008); an advisor on human rights issues near the Prime Minister's Office (2010-2013); and as State Advocate representing Albanian State before High Court and Constitutional Court (2018-2020). She has also a range of experiences as a legal consultant in the private sector (2013-2018). Bojana has published in various national and international journals and her research interest relates to Public and Criminal Law.
