Cristina Moreno-Díaz is a permanent faculty member at the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, where she teaches in the Department of Mechanical, Chemical, and Industrial Design Engineering. She obtained her PhD in Production Engineering in 2017 with a Cum Laude distinction from the same institution. Dr. Moreno-Díaz holds a Master’s degree in Laser Technology and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Chemistry. Her research focuses on manufacturing processes, sustainable materials, and educational innovations. She has been an active member of research groups and international projects, with several publications in high-impact journals. Dr. Moreno-Díaz has also contributed to advancing engineering education through her work on integrating Fab Labs into university curricula.
