Seong Jun Kang is Professor & Principal
Investigator at the Department of Advanced Materials Engineering for
Information and Electronics, College of Engineering, Kyung Hee University. He
received a master’s (2001) and Ph.D. (2005) degrees from the Department of
Physics, Yonsei University. From 2005 to 2007, he was Postdoctoral Research
Associate at UIUC, USA. He was a Visiting professor at Columbia University, USA
in 2016. His
research interests are Quantum-dots optoelectronics (LEDs & photosensors),
stretchable electronics, oxide semiconductors, interfacial electronic structure
of semiconductors, and nano electronics.
