Dr. Tingting Xu is a Master’s supervisor at the School of Software Engineering of Chongqing University of Posts and Telecommunications. He received his B.S. degree in Geographic Information Systems from Wuhan University in 2006, his M.S. degree in Geographic Information Science from the University of Kansas in 2009, and his Ph.D. in Geospatial Information Science from the University of Auckland, New Zealand, in 2020. He worked at the Geospatial Laboratory of the University of Kansas as a Research Associate from 2009 to 2010. From 2012 to 2016, he worked as a senior geographic information engineer at the Chongqing Municipal Land Resources and Housing Survey and Planning Institute. His research topics mainly include Geospatial Information, Urban Big Data, Smart Cities and Machine Learning.
