Waldenê de Melo Moura holds a B.S. in Production Engineering from Universidade Estadual do Maranhão (UEMA), Brazil (2014), specialization in Port Logistics from the Universidade Federal do Maranhão (UFMA), Brazil (2016), M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering and Systems with an emphasis on Aerospace Engineering from the Universidade Estadual do Maranhão (UEMA), Brazil (2019), and is currently a doctoral student in the postgraduate program in Space Sciences and Technologies - PG/CTE at the Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA) in the area of Space Systems, Tests and Launches (CTE- E). He currently holds the position of Information Technology technician at the Universidade Federal do Maranhão. His areas of interest include systems engineering, machine learning, embedded systems, Internet of Things (IoT), and machine learning.
MOISES J. S. FREITAS received a B.S. degree in Radiologic Technology from Faculdade São Gabriel, Brazil, in 2009 and an M.Sc. degree in Computer Engineering and Systems from the Universidade Estadual do Maranhão (UEMA), Brazil, in 2019. He obtained his Ph.D. degree in Space Science and Technology from the Aeronautics Institute of Technology (ITA), Brazil, where he conducted research focused on the study of ionospheric plasma irregularities, embedded systems, IoT technology, and machine learning. He is currently a professor in the Department of Informatics at the Universidade de Taubaté (UNITAU). He has also worked as a researcher at the Institute for Advanced Studies (IEAv), developing data fusion techniques for navigation systems. His research interests include space plasma physics, ionospheric studies, embedded systems, the Internet of Things (IoT), and machine learning.
Adriano Costa Pinto was born in Limeira, SP, Brazil, in 1989. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in 2012 and a master’s degree in Electrical Engineering from UNICAMP in 2014. He is currently working at the Institute of Aeronautics and Space and is pursuing a Doctor of Science degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA). His experience lies in Electrical Engineering, with an emphasis on electronics. His interests include machine learning, signal processing, and data compression.
Luciana Pereira Simoes holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering (1993) and an M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering (1998) from Universidade Federal de Itajubá. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Science (D.Sc.) degree at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA). Luciana is a Technologist at the Department of Aerospace Science and Technology at the Instituto de Aeronáutica e Espaço (IAE). She has extensive experience in Aerospace Engineering, with a focus on designing analog and digital electronic circuits for rockets, batteries, and power distribution systems
Alison de Oliveira Moraes holds a B.S. in Telecommunications Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté (UNITAU), Brazil (2003), and a Dr.Sc. degree from the School of Electronic and Computer Engineering at Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (ITA), Brazil (2013). He is a Senior Technologist at the Instituto de Aeronáutica e Espaço (IAE) and currently a Professor at UNITAU. His areas of interest include systems engineering, aerospace communications, GNSS, IoT, avionics, machine learning, and radio propagation.
