Mrs. Kiran Hamza received her bachelor's degree in computer science (BS(CS)) from Islamia University Bahawalpur (IUB), Bahawalpur, Pakistan. She also earned a master's degree in computer science (MS(CS)) from the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, Pakistan. She has served as a visiting faculty member at the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES-FAST) in the Electrical Engineering Department in Islamabad, Pakistan. During her tenure, she taught multiple courses to BS students, including Programming Fundamentals, Data Structures, and Applied Machine Learning. She has also served as a research assistant at the Embedded Systems and Pervasive Computing Lab (EPIC) at NUCES-FAST, where her research was focused on the Internet of Things. Her research interests encompass the Internet of Things, sensor technology, MEMSs, human motion analysis, and deep learning. Currently, she resides in Germany.
Hamza Ali Imran received a BS degree in electrical engineering from the National University of Computer and Emerging Sciences (NUCES-FAST), Islamabad, Pakistan, in 2018, and an MS degree in computer science from the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (SEECS) at the National University of Sciences and Technology (NUST), Islamabad, in 2022. He served at Emumba Pvt. Ltd., Islamabad, on different teams from December 2018 until March 2024. He also worked as a research assistant at the Embedded Systems and Pervasive Computing (EPIC) Laboratory of NUCES-FAST from 2017 to 2018, where he focused on high-performance computing. He is a Udemy instructor with over 5000 students worldwide. He is currently pursuing his PhD in systems engineering at the Lab for Measurement Technology (LMT), Saarland University, Saarbrücken, Germany, in collaboration with Bosch Sensortec GmbH, Kusterdingen, Germany, as a Marie Skłodowska-Curie fellow. His research interests include sensor technology, deep learning, MEMSs, and human motion analysis.
