Ghulam has led over 50 projects involving discrete event simulation and warehouse management, with significant experience in optimizing manufacturing processes and supply chain resilience. He is proficient in various simulation software tools such as SIMIO, FlexSim, ARENA, and ANYLOGIC, and actively integrates innovative solutions like IoT-based smart manufacturing. Ghulam is also an active researcher, focusing on post-COVID-19 supply chain constructs, and has been recognized for his contributions to the fields of project management and machine learning.
Sana Shehzadi is an Industrial Engineer with a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from UET Taxila. She has co-authored research articles on optimization and simulation and is the co-founder of Simulatic Axis, a startup focused on bridging the gap between academia and industry through simulation and data analysis. Sana has extensive experience in Optimization Problems, Research, and project leadership. She is passionate about contributing to Pakistan's industrial growth by promoting innovation, sustainable practices to enhance decision-making in complex industrial systems
